MobileTrack and iPhone 5C, are they compatible?

Hi All,

 

I am using iphone 5C and I have dowloaded fitbit app but I am not able to found MobileTrack while my dad using iphone 6 Plus and he have MobileTrack in his iphone.

My dad can track steps but I can only found how many calories I have burn.

Please help me out and let me know how I can install mobiletrack on my phone.

The iphone 5C does not have the chip that can track steps taken. This is newer technology that became available with the iphone 6.

@GarvitB, as @Esya mentioned, the iPhone 5C is not compatible with MobileTrack as it does not have the sensors needed by MobileTrack to work. Please check our compatibility site to know which iPhone models are compatible with this feature. Also, keep in mind that even if the iPhone 5C is not compatible with MobileTrack, it is compatible with every Fitbit tracker.
