MobileTrack data not accurate

I use MobileTrack on my iPhone 7. The step data sent from my phone is incorrect. Today my phone shows 10,148 steps, but after syncing, my Fitbit app shows 5,400 steps. This has been happening daily. Why is the data transfer not accurate?

How many times during the day is MobileTrack syncing with the Fitbit app? Do you sync daily? In this particular situaiton I would like to suggest forceclosing the app by double-tapping on the home button and then swiping the app up. If this doesn't do the trick, log out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in.

How many times during the day is MobileTrack syncing with the Fitbit app? Do you sync daily? Yesterday I synced a few times. I unlinked my phone and I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It still did not have an accurate number.

Additionally to the steps already performed, have you tried removing MobileTrack from your account and setting it up one more time? If MobileTrack is still not working properly after setting it up again, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.
