MobileTrack not counted after phone reset

After I reset my iPhone and restored all data from iCloud, I realized my burned calories for the current week went down from what they were before.

I know for a fact I was in balance, with most days showing "Nailed it", but now it shows I'm over.

It seems my steps logged with MobileTrack are counted towards my step goal, but are not counted as burned calories. The steps are also not graphed when I look into each day.

The next day after the reset it started loggign fine, but the other days are still wrong.

Here are correct stats from before and after the affected period:

May 28 stepsMay 28 calories burned

June 4 stepsJune 4 calories burned

And here are two of the six days with wrong stats (Sunday to Friday, when I did the reset):

May 29 stepsMay 29 calories burned

June 3 stepsJune 3 calories burned

The only calories burned in these graphs are from my manual activities, not from steps.

I tried logging off, closign the app, rebooting, nothing works.

I realized the error comes from the fact that calories burned were lost from MobileTrack steps logged in the last 6 days before the reset. I updated my initial post.

I tried resetting my phone again, restoring from an earlier backup, reinstalling the app, removing and adding MobileTrack, still nothing.

I have the same issue too, I did a iPhone reset and restore from backup.

I was not able to sync new data to fitbit after the reset from the MobileTracker

I then removed it and re-added it. All new data was being synced, but

I lost all my data from that the day that I did the reset, it's like it didn't fully sync.....

very frustrating, wish I would be able to get that one day of data back......
