MobileTrack not recording climbing stairs

I went up twelve flights of stairs today (know from the Health app), but it doesn't show in the Fitbit app and I didn't get the badge either. Is there a way to fix this?

Thank you!

Hey there @Gargi

It's great to hear that you're taking advantage of Fitbit. Regarding your concern MobileTrack does not monitor floors, sleep, or active minutes

Hope it helps!

Climbed stairs not being recorded. I have reset charge 2 several times. Tried to readjust my stride length and checked if anything blocking the hole at the back that measures altitude.

I used to have 50 floors a day recorded, and then it stopped. I am getting the steps, I am aware of that,  but liked the feature of having floors counted.

Also now my exercise is not being tracked anymore. My watch is 3 months old. Starting to wonder if other things will stop working too now .... 😞
