I don’t have a device and am simply using the app to track my movement at Disneyland. For some reason it’s not tracking anything though. No steps, and calories are just based on BMI daily burning. I’m beyond frustrated after checking every setting on the app and in my iPhone settings with no results.
iPhone 6S with latest iOS if that helps.

Hi @micesandspices. Welcome to the forums.
Thanks for letting me know that your data recorded with MobileTrack isn't syncing and I appreciate your efforts while working on this matter. Since your phone is updated to the latest OS, make sure the Fitbit app is also updated. Once that is done, please try the following steps:
- Remove all your devices from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > MobileTrack.
- Tap on Sync Now and wait until the process is completed.
I'll be around, keep me posted.
