Hi
After recent Mobile Track stopped auto syncing steps etc. any other users experiencing the same?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with MobileTrack not syncing your steps. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account. Try to sync. You can confirm the complete troubleshooting instructions here.
- If it's still not syncing, set up MobileTrack as a new device: From the Today tab > tap your profile picture. Tap the option to set up a new device, and follow the MobileTrack instructions.

I’m having issues with mobile track not syncing as well. Each day the steps are cleared and I have to force sync again. Only a week of steps comes back and on my friends list my entry shows no recent activity.
My steps are not syncing up to my account as they do not show on my iPad app or website.
I have tried the steps above and reset and it still happens.
Any other ideas? Thanks
