MobileTrack not updating 7 day steps

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I am now only running MobileTrack which update my dashboard, but my 7 day steps say I am inactive. I previously used a Blaze (which I have removed from my account) and my 7 day did update while using it. I thought the purpose of MobileTrack was to track and allow you to continue competing with friends, even without a Fitbit device.

Is this a bug or or a policy? I need to know if I it is time to dump Fitbit completely.

Hi there @tollycat, welcome aboard to our Community. Regardless you have a tracker or you are using MobileTrack, when you have access to Internet your phone always stores data for the last seven days (including today). So it should update your 7 days leaderboard.

Try to remove the option of MobileTrack and set it up again: Log into the app and go to the Account screen. Choose the option for setting up a new device and follow the MobileTrack instructions.

As long you are carrying your device with you, it should read your information and automatically syncs when you have access to Internet.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

I'm having the same problem. MobileTrack is syncing as the daily step counts show on the dashboard but it says "no recent activity" when looking at the 7 Day Steps screen. I've closed the app and restarted, which sometimes is needed to update the 7 Day Steps total when using a tracker.

Hello @kuhlir, have a warm welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy

Please log out from the account, restart your phone and log back in if you haven't tried it yet. Most of the times this will allow the app to reset and show recent information.

Give it a try and let me know if you need anything else! Smiley Wink
