MobileTrack not working correctly.

I have an iPhone 6S IOS 12.2 so the latest version.  I also have a Flex 2.  Sometimes it takes an hour to charge up my flex 2 and I don't like sitting around while it charges.  I wear the thing to bed as Achievement needs to see how long I've been sleeping for a study I'm doing.  I keep hearing that you can add mobile tracking for those times you forget your flex 2 or it's charging but it isn't doing a thing.  So what happens now?  I'm in 3 Step bet challenges as well and if I have to sit for an hour while this thing charges I'm losing money.  Yes I have a lot of steps to take daily.  Please, can someone advise me.  Maybe I'm dense and just can't figure it out as I"m not the most tech savvy person on the planet.  Thank you.

Hello @MoonstoneWolf I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. 😄

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that MobileTrack lets you use the Fitbit app without a Fitbit device by using your phone's sensors to track basic activity data including steps, distance, and calories burned. MobileTrack does not track floors, sleep, or active minutes.

If you have already set up MobileTrack in the Fitbit app, your phone will add the steps you take when you have your phone with you while walking. To sync those steps, please open the Fitbit app, a sync will automatically start and add MobileTrack steps if your Flex 2 is not around.

If you would like to know more about MobileTrack, please check the following article: How do I use MobileTrack?

Give this a try and let us know the outcome.
