MobileTrack steps show up, then go away

So this is a weird one. Yesterday I hit ~ 17k steps. I opened FitBit and it showed 17k steps, and then dropped down to 315. Anytime I remove MobileSync and re-add it, the same thing happens.  I was able to snapshot it very quickly. Anyone know how to fix this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @BenBaril! Is there a chance you are manually logging activities? Logging an activity that your tracker got will cause a lose, since Fitbit will override the information in order to avoid duplicate data. Your information may have disappeared from your Dashboard, but it still appear on the graphics. You should check out your Online Dashboard to confirm if it was deleted

When you hover the click on the bars it will display the amount of steps you took during that day and you may find the 17k. If that the case you will need to delete the manually logged activity in this section. Also, if a tracker was removed from the account will delete the step count from the current day. You can bring it back by following these instructions.

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes.

Thanks Peter,

The steps are still on my phone (can validate on the Health app). But they really do not show on the dashboard or anywhere:

No manually logged activities:

Steps exist on my phone:

Another weird thing is that FitBit thinks I have 13.28km on that day, but no steps, and no activities. I think something must be messed up on the FitBit server side. Anyway for me to clear out all data on that day and re-sync my MobileTrack?
