MobileTracker will not sync

My phone is tracking data but it won't sync and it won't sync to contest.

If MobileTrack is not counting your steps or the steps are not counting for your challenges, first, please try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, please remove MobileTrack and set it up again to refresh the information. Don't worry, this won't remove any of the previous information stored.

 

To remove MobileTrack:

  1. Tap on the Account tab.
  2. Select MobileTrack and select Remove From Account.

Now, to set it up again:

  1. Go back to Account and select + Set Up a Device.
  2. On the bottom of the screen you'll be able to see MobileTrack, tap on it. 
  3. Select Set Up your Fitbit Phone
