When I look at the sleep chart on IOS the month/year option is gone, I can only see a weekly chart. And when I scroll back through the charts I only get about 3 months data.

Hello @Fit675335

Are you talking about this?

If so just tap the center of your sleep tile on the main page of the Fitbit App (not the plus sign) Once the next page opens up you will see a graph on the top of your page. Simply tap the up/down connecting arrows and the page will open up to display the 1wk, 1month, 3month and the 1year.
If your graph is not there maybe you should force shut your Fitbit App and restart.
Here’s how:

log out of the Fitbit App

force shut the app by swiping it upward

turn off your iOS device completely, wait 1-2 mins then restart your iOS device

log back into the Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password

sync your Fitbit Tacker......now go to your sleep tile and see if it now appears.

😃 Hopefully this is what you were seeking and the steps provided will resolve the issue. Please let me know.

@Fit675335 are you looking at your sleep through the web browser? From this page you can choose from any start date to any stop date.

I want to see it through the app without all the fuss of logging into the website. I can't imagine why this was ever removed and leaving us with no sleep history or way to see a chart of more than a week.

Best Answer

It wasn't removed from the app since it was never part of the app.

As for logging into the web. You already are logged in if your able to post here.

The IOS app showed week, month, 3 month and year sleep charts with data going back to when I bought my first Fitbit which has now been removed.

And I didn't say I couldn't log into the web. I said I wanted the functionality in the app put back as it was highly useful.

Brilliant, this is the answer. You can get history in sleep time but not sleep score for some reason. If you swipe the sleep score chart left you get the sleep time chart and it has history.

Cheers!
