I’m have my versa for almos a year, everything was working well till yesterday, my Versa disappear from my account. I tried to Set up device, when agreeing with Terms & Policies, the following error occurred : An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.
I’m trying since yesterday morning, still the same error, my app is up to date, and I have de latest IOS update. Please help!

I’m sorry to see your having difficulty adding your Versa back into your account. I would try uninstalling the Fitbit App then reinstall it.
Here’s how:
1. Log out of the Fitbit app and force shut the app by swiping up
2. uninstall the Fitbit App from your device
3. now completely shut down your device and wait about 1 min then restart your device
4. once your device has reloaded reinstall the Fitbit app by downloading it from the App Store
5. once it’s installed, log into your device as you normally would with username and password
Make sure your Versa is plugged into the charger and your near your router before proceeding.
Now tap your profile picture then scroll down to and tap “Set up a Device”, pick Versa from the list of trackers and just follow the instructions carefully.

hi, it didn't help with my IPhone, but i could add my Versa thru my Samsung and then login back in my Iphone. Now it works as before. Thank you.
