I am currently using the charge 4 with the iOS app. Parts of the app work well with voiceover on the iPhone and other parts of it don’t. For example, it would be nice to have in settings to have different options for the watches battery percentage display in the app. Currently, if you refresh the screen it will pop up at the top. However with voiceover on you cannot refresh the screen. We blind users have to turn off voiceover by hitting a button 3 times on our phone and repeat that step to turn it on. So you can see this all takes time and by the time we get back to the screen to see what the percentage is left it has disappeared. So it would be nice to have options like:clear in 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, or never. Currently in the app, it doesn’t give percentage it only tells you if the battery is low medium or high. With seeing an actual percentage it gives a person working out a way to better gauge their workout before their battery dies.

 

P.S. any Fitbit device  for a blind person is only a piece of equipment on the arm or in the pocket depending on what you have. So for a blind person to use any Fitbit device it must be used with an app. Therefore it would be nice if the app could be worked on so it coincides with disability settings for both apple or android devices. All information for sighted people should be accessible with disability settings.
