Good morning,
Best Answer@steve4776 I looked at your profile and see that you’re a long time user. If you used your Gmail address when you set up your account, then it’s possible that you still have a Fitbit account. Here’s how to check. If you see your Google profile picture or avatar in the upper right of your Fitbit app, then you already migrated and got that email in error. You’re not alone. If you see a gear icon in the upper right and see this if you tap on it, then you still have a Fitbit account.
If you tap on the Move Account option and still get the error, please contact Support for more help.

Best AnswerThank you @LZeeW. This unfortunately does not really help. I see the gear so I still have a Fitbit account, I try to Move Account, it won't let me as I have kid accounts on my family account and have to move them first. It tells me to go to Kid view to then move their accounts, but there is no such option from the Kid account.
The only other option seems to be to delete the kids accounts first, which I guess I will do if there is no other optoin (and I am somehow not convinced that this will let me Move My Account, as I was also getting an error that my Gmail account is already being used....it's confusing as wouldn't most people trying to use a Gmail account run into the problem of it already existing? sigh
Best Answer@steve4776 Your situation is a lot more complicated because of the Family account. I don’t have any experience with a family account. I recommend contacting Support for help with this issue.
