It's nice to see you around @qwertymom, hope you're doing great! When a second tracker is added to an account, it's possible that the step total you see on the mobile dashboard has not updated immediately with your new tracker's data. To fix this, we suggest manually syncing your new tracker.
To sync your tracker using the FItbit app for iOS:
1. Open the app if it isn't already and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen to open the Account page.
2. Find your new tracker at the top of the screen and tap on it to open the Account Settings page.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Sync Now.
Remember that the live data you see in your app, which refers to the increasing step count you watch as you walk, gets its data from the tracker closest to your mobile device. So, when switching trackers, make sure the tracker you're not wearing is at least 10 feet away from your mobile device to prevent confusion for the device and possible "switching" of live data.
Have a nice weekend!

Hi Maria- I don’t have multiple trackers but I have the Alta HR and when I synced it earlier it was at about 13,500. When I went to sync it again it lowered to about 11,300 and now it’s down to 10,200. Do you know why it’s taking steps away?
