I have done all the steps to sunk my Alta hr, but it doesn't connect. The app keeps searching and searching, but it doesn't find it. I have done all the steps. But the device display keeps showing the www.fitbit.com/setup and in the app the message to turn off and on again the Bluetooth and reboot the mobile, and reset the wristband by clicking in the charger cable 3 times in 4 seconds, but it doesn't connect. My iOS is the latest. What is going on?

I'm having basically the same issue with my Alta and my iPhone 6. I've tried everything noted at least a dozen times and I'm extremely frustrated. The message says 'Bluetooth Pairing Failed. Call Notifications and All-Day Sync are disabled for now.' Why? According to my Bluetooth settings on my iPhone, my Alta is connected via Bluetooth but in actuality, it won't pair so I get notifications like letting me know when my iPhone is ringing etc. like my old Charge did.

Hello @KoniginK and @Kadumartins thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

@Kadumartins, if your tracker is not setting up with your Fitbit app, please try the following:

  1. Restart your tracker once again, only this time leave it plugged in and charging.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
  4. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the pairing process.
  5. Try to set up your tracker once again.

@KoniginK, in this particular case I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on  your phone and check if your tracker is listed under paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Still in Settings, go to Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:
    • Allow Notifications.
    • Show in Notification Center
    • Show on Lock Screen.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on Account > your tracker > Notifications and enable them once again. You will receive a message asking you to pair your tracker, click on OK and continue the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
