Best Answer@FittyBitty813 unfortunately I'm an Android user, the most i know about iOS is that there is something to be setup in the notifacation panel.
The best i can do is direct you to the interactive online fitbit help site, link also found below as help, and this article.
I have moved the thread to the iOS area, this is where the iOS guru's hang out, somebody will be able to give you additional help.

Best AnswerThat's why i moved your post to the iOS section, this is the best way to get an answer from the awesome fitbit community.
If you want to get an answer from fitbit then there is a link in the top right corner, and also found under help in the fitbit app, to contact fitbit..
I'm sure one of the iOS users will be able to help you out.

@FittyBitty813. Have you double checked on the Blaze itself to be sure "notifications" is set to on? Only reason I ask is because I know my granddaughter has inadvertently turned my off when I have been holding her. (She likes to try and touch/play with it).
To double check, from the main screen on the Blaze, swipe down from the top and be sure it is set to "ON".
Maybe that will help~
