Very buggy mobile app and inability to sync Charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Using iOS 10 Beta on an iphone SE and have lost the ability to sync my Charge.  Although the Charge is selected in the account menu, it defaults to a Surge.  Going on on two days now, without the Charge being recognized. Mobile app spends all day "looking" for the device without success and running down my phone battery, in spite of rebooting the phone numberous times.  Cannot sync on my laptop either...

@Mdsgt iOS 10 isn't a fully supported operating system yet since it's still in beta, but you should still able to sync your tracker. I'd recommend the following:

1. Restart your Charge.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

This should help, but please keep me posted.
