My Data Was Deleted From My Phone

My data was deleted from my phone. How do I retrieve old data? Can manually input my data from my weekly email reports in the fitbt app?

Please make sure that you used the same email address in order to log in to your Fitbit account. 

Would you like to add the data from the beginning of the use of your Fitbit?
