My Fitbit App do not sync

Hi, I have an iPhone with iOS12.3.1. I updated Fitbit to Version 3.

I join in a challenge after more than a mounth and did an exercise. 

Now Problem is this: My steps don't sync in the challeng and show 0 but it show in the dushboard. my steps don't calculate and sync in the dushboard when i don't use of track exersie feature

I fix the problem with under solution,

I removed mobile tracker (my iphone) on Fitbit and add again my iPhone on the Fitbit and my Fitbit app getting sync right now 🙏🏻
