My Fitbit Charge 2 won't pair with my iPhone

I tried to pair my iPhone 5s with my Charge 2 but after 15-20 mins it stop and tells me that it has failed to pair! Please Help!!!!

How are you trying to do the pair? Fitbits are unusual in that the pairing needs to be done via the fitbit app rather than via the phone's bluetooth settings.
