It says my Fitbit is installed but my Fitbit icon is gone from my iPhone why?

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @emilyfrancis! Could you provide more information about this? Where does it say that? Are you able to share a screenshot of it? It may be that the tiles are hidden, you can bring them back by following the instructions provided here.
