I have the exact same issue. It was working fine then I charged it and it wouldn't connect so I deleted it from my app and tried to reinstall it. I can get the 4 digit code and enter it and it's been searching for two days now. Now I can't get the correct time and the battery last one day.
Best AnswerNot sure what is going on! Idk if it is a glitch or what... 😞 my time on the fit bit is one hour later than what it should be!

Hello @Lnlofton and @bdalewarrior, thanks for joining the Fitbit app, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you. ![]()
If your tracker is not able to set up with your account, please try to restart your tracker, then plug it in and make sure it's charging. Then, restart your phone, if you haven't updated the app recently, please do and try to set up your tracker again.
Additionally, please check that you have a strong Wi-Fi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around as they might interfere with the setup process.
Please remember that if your tracker hasn't synced recently, it's possible the time will be off.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Best AnswerI have not had this problem until the last week. I updated the fitbit app about a week ago. Ever since, I have been unable to sync my fitbit with my app on my phone. The fitbit is accurate. What is the problem??
