Hello, my Fitbit Alta HR won’t sync into my phone for the past week now, it says it has no charge but it’s fully charged. I have tried logging out, restarting my phone, looking at the Bluetooth on my setting and it all on. I have the iPhone 8 Plus and it’s all up to date with IOS

Having tried restarting your phone without any luck, try restarting your fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
You could also try "forgetting" any link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings.
