Can’t get my Fitbit to connect to my iPhone 7, it won’t pair via Bluetooth or let the apps work on the watch as it won’t connect at all, can’t find it in my Bluetooth section

Hello @Harlzz1 is your versa connected to your Fitbit account and shows up in the Fitbit app? 

Or do you need to set it up thorough the Fitbit app. 

As for your phones Bluetooth screen, there is nothing that the user can do other than remove the Fitbit tracker.

Hi,

Yes it’s connected through the Fitbit app, but when I clicked on the icon at the top to connect the apps within Fitbit like the weather or music control ect... it kept saying it’s not connected.. not been paired via Bluetooth? If that makes sense?
