My Versa won’t keep correct time and shows another language

I have set my time zone correctly but the Versa will NOT sync to the correct time. I have turned it off & on again. I have tried changing to a different time zone. I have tried syncing again & again & AGAIN! Tonight my Versa is now in German rather than English-?????

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Versa won't keep the correct time and now it is in German. Thanks for trying to resolve this. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you.
