I would recommend probably logging out of the Fitbit app and logging back in making sure you use the same email address and password. Once you've logged back in, see if this makes all your activity to show up.
If that doesn't work, you can try to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the lower right corner and from here tap on "Set up a new device" and just follow the on-screen instructions to set up your tracker again as a new device and then uset it as you would normally do and see if this works.
