My app can't find my One

Using my iPhone 11  iOS 13.1.3 

yesterday, it worked...today it won’t find my fully charged and reset One! I am about done with Fitbit. When my Aria scale dies...I am moving on to just all Apple.

Hello and welcome @Premium 

I see your having syncing issues. I would like to try and help. I see that your you have already tried restarting your One and apparently yesterday it was working. You can again try restarting your One and see if that again gets you up and running again. If this does not resolve your syncing issue this try force shutting the Fitbit app.

Heres How:

log out of your Fitbit App

now force shut your app by swiping the app up

now completely shut down your device and wait about 1-2 mins then restart your device 

now log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password 

now try to sync
