My app doesn't stay open...

Hi all,

 

today I bought me a Fitbit Alta HR. I downloaded the app to my phone and it doesn't stay open. I have an iPhone 6s Plus. 

 

Any help is highly appreciated.

I have the same problem with my Fitbit Connect app.  It's there, but is not showing up and if I try to force it open, it disappears.  It was ok when I first got the Charge HR and I have uninstalled and reinstalled in but still having no joy

YOU need to set your iPhone to English language. Then it will work 😁
