My app is frozen

On the Dashboard in my app I can no longer tap to see my stats? What to do?

Hello @Triboha and welcome to the Help forums.  Try this:

  • Delete the Fitbit app
  • Restart your phone
  • Re-download the app

You are describing an app problem, not a Charge 4 problem.  If my suggestion doesn't work, please let us know your phone type -- Android or iPhone.  There might be a specific app issue that needs attention.

Thank you for your quick reponse. I have already tried to delete and re-download the app and to restart my phone. No luck. My phone is an IPhone 7.

@Triboha   So sorry that my go to troubleshooting steps didn't help.  What version of the app do you have?  Tap on your profile pic, then scroll down to Help & Support.

 

I am moving this to the iOS forum, where you might get more help.  My iOS app -- v3.36 -- is working fine.
