My app is stuck on an adventure

Can someone give me some advice? My app says I've completed an adventure, however when I try to start another one it says I can only be in one adventure at a time. It also says it hasn't synced in 14 days. I don't know how to get out of the previous adventure. Thanks!

@Deeleo17  Unfortunately this is an error that some of us (me included) are experiencing. Fitbit is aware of this issue, and is looking into it. 

 

As for your syncing issue, what have you tried?
