Hello, my charge 2 is not keeping time correctly. I can synch it and it is fine and then a few hours later it is 10 to 30 minutes slow. How can I fix this?

Welcome, welcome! It's unfortunate to hear that you Charge 2 is not working as it should. Have you tried to change the time zone to any other one different than yours, save the changes, sync your tracker and then change it back to the correct one, save and sync again?
This usually does the trick, also if you are using the App confirm that the time is correct on it, since this information syncs directly to your Fitbit account as well.
