Set it not restarting next day

sorry I'm still old-fashioned still have my flex believe it or not it is fully recharged and not restarting the day and yesterday it's stopped counting my steps any help?

Let me help you out with your Fitbit. As a first step I recommend performing the restart 2 or 3 consecutive times and keep an eye on it.
