Is there a way to see your friends stats as far as weight, calorie intake and exercise? or can you only see their birth date, height, and when they joined? My friends and I would like to see everything of each others profiles.

There are a number of privacy options at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/privacy but each of your friends would have to make the changes before you could see their stats
