My charge HR stopped syncing to my iPhone.

I've tried every step of the form has said. I now can't get my Fitbit to be read by the Bluetooth on my phone. If I hold the button down for three seconds all that happens is the stopwatch starts. So now I have a Fitbit and no way to sync it to my phone

Welcome to the forums @Mnmmommie

 

When you restart the FItbit, be sure to have your finger in the middle of that button. When I do it in a hurry, the stopwatch starts. I just redo it while making sure to keep my finger on the button until I see the version number pop up.

 

It might take you a few times, but don't give up on it.
