My charge won’t sync with my iPhone and is taking a while if it is and when it does sync it doesn’t show the correct date!!

Hi @erinvardyxx! Thanks for asking! Try deleting the app and reinstalling the app. This happened to me not to long ago. If this does not work, call customer support at +1-877-623-4997
