Hi,
i bought my Fitbit charge 2 yesterday and the app worked fine, I was able to see community posts and comment/cheer etc on them.
However today, I cannot find any sort of way of viewing this info in the app..
anyone know what im doing wrong? Thank you

Welcome to the forums!
First thing I wold do is shut the phone down for a minute then go back in and see if it is there.
If not then I would un-install the app. Turn your phone off after the go back in an re-install the app

I think what happened for me was my phone reverted to the old version of Fitbit app. Keep trying to delete and reinstall it, did you follow Wendys order exactly? For some reason it worked rather than just deleting and reinstalling

same thing happened to me today. After an "upgrade" the community tab just vanished into thin air...

Hi i have the same problem, uninstal then restart didnt help, restart dints help what else i can do? Its litlle lonely when its dont be there

Same problem here.
after deleting and reinstalling the app I got the community tab back but after a few hours it diesapears again.
After reinstalling its back again for a few hours but than...... gone again.
anybody a permanent solution?

Same issue. Notifications tab replaced Community. And notifications are already not syncing, they are old. I know there are people who reply to my post but I don't get notified anymore.. Oh google search brought me here. I have the problem on Android, not iOS.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that the Community tab is only available in some countries, so it's possible that your country was changed in the Fitbit app to another one where the Community tab is not available. If you're in the US, please go to the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Advanced Settings > Location and make sure "United States" is selected. If it is, change to a different country and force quit the app. Open the app again, change the country back to "United States" and force quit the app again. You should be able to see the Community tab once you open the app again.

had Fitbit charge 2 in one plus 3 phone. Just got iPhone XR am unable to view the community tab and unable to click on the notifications?

for me, the tab appeared after i enabled location on my other device. somehow locations were mixed or something.

@Siema, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. As mentioned earlier, If you're in the US, please go to the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Advanced Settings > Location and make sure "United States" is selected. If it's already selected, select a different one and go back to the Dashboard to save, then force-close the app.
After that, open the app, change your location again to the original one, go back to the Dashboard to save it and force-close the app one more time. Open the app again and check if the Community tab is now showing.
