My Fitbit has tracked my exercise and the app has registerd the minutes but my days exercise has not changed?

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention, if your active minutes have synced to your Dashboard but when tapping the Exercise tile, the activities are not showing or if the tile does not show the increase on days, please try the following:

I am having trouble getting the app to keep my water logs as well as the exercise logs.

First, I would like you to know that our team is currently aware of the issue affecting water logs and they're working towards finding a proper resolution for this issue, once I have more to share with you about it, I'll make sure to update this thread.
Now, when it comes to your exercises, since when have you experienced this issue? Have you checked the Activities section in the online Dashboard to check if your exercises are showing here? Is this happening with all of them or are there specific exercises that are not showing? I will appreciate if you can reply to me with this information and more details about the issue so I can check this further.
