My first day of exercise keeps disappearing from the app and then reappearing.

I have exercised every day this week starting with Sunday. For some reason, my Sunday workout keeps disappearing and then reappearing. This has been going on for multiple days. The exercise shows on the monthly summary. And when I hit the prior week arrow to see the prior page and then return to the exercises, it will show the exercise there sometimes.

Hello @Ddonna 

Which version of the Fitbit app do you have? You can check by tapping on your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Today page, then select Help. The app version info will be on the page.

It does seem like something weird is going on regarding your weekly summary. My thought is that as long as you consistently see your Sunday workout in the monthly summary, then that would indicate to me that the workout info was uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers. This would mean there's no loss of your data and it's an issue with the weekly section of the app.

@RiekoC yes I checked my account today online, and it does show the exercises on that Sunday. This happens every time I open the app. Here is my version info - App version: Fitbit 4.19 (41938005).

Hi @Ddonna 

I'm not sure what's going on, especially considering you're on the current version for the app.

One more easy thing to try is clearing the cache for the Fitbit app on your phone. That might clear out whatever is going on with the app.

The good news is that as long as you see the exercise appear, even if it doesn't consistently show, your data was synced to the Fitbit servers.

Hi @RiekoC my App is on an iPad not a phone. I am going to see what it does this week.

It seems like it might be an error issue with the back and forward arrows because the correct information can be seen when I use the arrows sometimes.

Well, it started again tonight! It literally flashes between showing the correct information and then all of a sudden it will flash and remove the exercise of Sunday! By using the arrows to go back and forth between weeks, it will then reappear correctly or disappear Sunday’s workouts. It is doing the same thing to last week’s chart: removing and adding Sunday’s workout.

Hi @RiekoC Today it comes and goes. Sometimes it is fine. Then if I click on the week before, the Sundays are sometimes gone for several weeks.

- It only affects the Sundays' data. [until tonight!]

- It is often changed by clicking on the arrows, EXCEPT TONIGHT! Tonight, I cannot get it to show all seven days, no matter what I do.

Tonight it is even weirder. Now it is missing Monday instead of Sunday. But sometimes it is missing both days.  The month shows all the days.  But when I click on the option under the month to pick a week, now last week shows zero days instead of seven. How do I know if anyone is working on this? Thank God I keep a paper log for myself of my workouts.
