My fitbit app on my new phone doesn't show steps or sleep patterns

I just recently upgraded my iphone and now the fitbit app does not show steps or sleep patterns. I have the Charge HR and iphone 7. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled & reinstalled the fitbit app. I've looked at the "hidden" icons and steps and sleep are not there. Please help!

Nice to see you here @croupe! This sounds like your tracker is not paired to your account. To set up your tracker you can follow this step on how to setup your tracker as new device. 

Also, I just wanted you to know that I've gone ahead and moved your recent topic "My fitbit app on my new phone doesn't show steps or sleep patterns" to the iOS App board in an effort to tidy up the Forums. Also, this post may be helpful to other users with the same inquiry as you. For your reference, you had originally posted your question in the Charge HR board, which is dedicated to discussion around how to use the Charge HR and its features.
