My custom foods that are in millilitres are suddenly showing up in only the unit cl (no idea what it stands for) with no option to change it back (or even to another unit) the units option are completely blank apart from cl. It is only a recent problem (around two updates ago) but it is really interfering with calorie counting of small amounts like cordials and essences.

Hello

First of all,

The abbreviation "cl" stands for centiliters when it comes to measurements. A centiliter is a unit of volume, and it is the same as 10 milliliters or 0.01 liters.

You could change the Measurements by clicking on your tracker's settings page.

Welcome aboard to our Community @Saytar_Rai. Its been a few weeks since you posted, so I'm curious to know if you were able to change your Food units as @itz_trident_ recommended before?

I'm just giving follow up with you to see if everything is working fine. Let us know if you need more help.

i'm getting the same problem.  I create a custom item "Soy Milk" and set it to 250 ml with 110 calories.  When I then try to add it to my daily nutrition it's suddenly 250 cl and the calories are super high.  There's no other options for units of measurement except for the cl, thus I'm forced to delete the item and create a new one.

This only happens with Soy Milk and the error doesn't happen with the custom Cashew Milk I added, which is also 250 ml.

@Mitchell111 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

I'd recommend making sure that you are using version 2.32 of the Fitbit iOS App that was released yesterday. Click here to update.

Also, this thread seems to be around a dated version of the Fitbit App, so I'm going to go ahead and close this thread.
