I have the most recent update for the iphone Fitbit app but the app no longer loads. It just gets stuck on a white splash screen.
I've restarted the phone, made sure I don't have any updates pending, etc. My next step would be uninstalling the app, but I don't want to do that unless I know for sure that my manually loaded data will not be lost.
Anyone have any thoughts?

I have the same problem. I had to delete the app, reinstall, turn my phone on and off. But nothing seems to be working. It’s so annoying as I haven’t synced my data for the past two days. Similar thing happened not that long ago. But that time i was unable to log on. So again I repeated the above steps and eventually it started to work. But this time it’s a bit more serious as i can’t even get the app 😔
