I have my stats set to KMs but when I select to share my Fitbit Stats, the distance remains the same but the picture I share shows it as Miles not KMs.

@TMundy welcome aboard! This doesn't sound like normal behavior.
If possible could you please post the screenshot of your stats set to miles and then the picture you share of your stats showing as miles too? This will definitely help me have a better picture of the situation.
I'll be looking forward to your new comments!

Here
The top photo is my Fitbit screen. The bottom is when I go to share it. It changes from KM to Miles but not the distance value.

@TMundy it's lovely to hear back from you! Thanks a million for the screenshots. I tried replicating this using my Fitbit app for iOS and it happens the same. However, I see the only thing that changes is the unit's name because the value of the same stays the same.
Upon further research, I found out that our devs are already aware of this issue and they're working towards a quick and proper solution for it.
I sincerely appreciate your patience about this and I look forward to getting you back on track.
I'll make sure to post updates as I receive them! ![]()
Oh and btw, I moved your post to the iOS board since this was posted in the Fitbit Challenges & Adventures board. In the correct board, you'll find more relevant info related to your inquiry.This also help us to keep the community organized. Thanks again for your continued cooperation.
Feel free to post back!

Why is this issue still not fixed? I reported the same to customer support earlier this year. Considering it had worked fine for years I don't understand why they can't fix something so simple?

@fmc83 thanks for joining us here in this thread! I recommend logging out from your app, restarting your mobile device and then logging back in again. All of your info should refresh.
Also, if you could provide some screenshots that'd be great. Looking forward to your new comments!

I have done that already. I've deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing changes.

@TMundy thanks for following up.
I was reviewing this information and it seems like there is still an issue causing your distance units to switch between kms and miles when trying to share your stats.
I appreciate your patience about it and I'll make sure to post updates as I receive them.
