My fitbit won't go on apple phone

It doesn't see the app on my apple phone 8 and why is that it doesn't say connect to the bluetooth either

Hi @buddhawoman. It's good to see you here in the forums and I'm sorry for my delayed response.

Thanks for sharing that you have an iPhone 8 and just to clarify, do you mean that your Fitbit isn't syncing or connecting correctly via Bluetooth? If that's correct, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Remove any device including your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby
  3. Verify if the Fitbit app updated to the latest version.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Fitbit image > Sync Now.

If you continue having issues to sync let me know if you see an error message on the Fitbit app, as well the model of your Fitbit. These details will help me to further investigate.

It is not sign at all and stays long enough see and then it is gone and I have apple phone 7 & 8 and 8 use all the time and 7 and my computer are used for backup

Did all that and still isn't working. I want a new charger 3 and this happen before with last charger and you did nothing about it either and made it sound like it is all me
