My fitbit won't sync with iPhone

After a lengthy online chat and a discussion that resulted in all of the same things I had read in the forum, I found that I was asked to return my Charge 2 BLINDLY to whomever was on the chat with address that didn't match the company of fitbit and that they would send me a new one.  NO WAY!  Not even the fruit company asks that when your phone is faulty.

I paid alot of money for this and now less than a year later I cannot get it to blue tooth to anything and I am disappointed.  The trust that they ask of me to send my watch back and not have any thing to send with it to an address and company that is not FitBit is NO WAY to gain my trust.  This seems like a hoax and I will only say fitbit lost me as a customer.  Too much money, too many issues and no trust.  Facebook and Twitter were made for this exact way to warn the public and I will.  I will be going to another fitness tracker from here out that will last at least a year.

I totally agree. Sometimes it works but when it doesn’t, it really frustrating.
