Unable to see Mile Splits and Pace in the app.

I haven’t been able to walk due to a serious leg injury.  After many months I’m back at it and find that I can no longer see my mile splits and pace info. What happened to that capability?

Hello @Sylvia12345, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, tell me, are you using MobileRun to track your exercise or are you using a tracker? If so, which tracker are you currently using? A screenshot of your exercise will also be helpful for me to check this issue further.

In the meantime, I would like to suggest you to go to the Activities section of the online Dashboard to check if your activity shows pace and mile splits here. If so, it's possible the app is not updating the information correctly with our servers, in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

  • Force-quit the app
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.
