Hi

Feel free restarting the phone if not already done.

Hope it helps.

I have the same problem with my Blaze. I restarted the phone, and it still won't sync. I tried syncing with the computer, same problem...

Hello @Alexmihai24 and @MBBlaze, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for your help. Smiley Happy

@Alexmihai24 and @MBBlaze, please check the link @SunsetRunner kindly provided and try the troubleshooting steps listed there. If that doesn't seem to work, my suggestion would be setting up your tracker as a new device. Don't worry, the information already stored in your account won't get deleted.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
