Hi there, @chrlunds. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your goals are not updating. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, would you mind confirming if the issue is in the Fitbit app? If so, are you using an iOS device? If this describes your issue, please note that we were having an issue were goals weren't loading in the Fitbit app, however, we have received some reports regarding this issue being solved after the latest Fitbi update. Would you mind confirming if you have your Fitbit app up-to-date?

Hi, The problem persists though i have the lastest verions on both my iphone (tested both on my IphoneXS and 12 (same behaviour) and my luxe. The problems seems to be in the connections in the database as goals are not showing at all and pressing the (i) button shows just a blanc white screen, where the goals should have been listed and it is not possible to add new goals. I also noted that when adding activities it does not use the latest and not the swedish language as before. To me it sounds like the database has been trashed.

What else to test? When will this be fixes?
