Do you have the “All Day Sync” activated? You can check my going to your Fitbit app and while it’s syncing you can see your battery power level at the upper left side of the screen. Click that battery :battery: icon and another page will open up. On that page scroll down until you see “All Day Sync” and make sure it’s activated. Also on that same page you will see “heart rate” ....make sure that is set to auto. I hope this helps.
