It gives me the code on my Fitbit and then I enter it in.... then it keeps saying bad entry or something! What do I do? Someone please reply ASAP!!

Hi @HRehl. Welcome to our forums! Please check the OS version on your iPhone 7 Plus. For your fitbit device to be compatible, your phone must be at at least OS version 10 or newer.
